📢 Site Announcement / Pop-up
Pop-up Message Settings
Control the message that appears as a pop-up when visitors open your website. Toggle it on or off anytime. The pop-up shows once per browser session.
💡 Tips
- The pop-up only shows once per browser session — visitors won't see it again until they close and reopen the browser tab.
- Leave the Promo Code field empty if you have no discount to share.
- Leave the Button Text and Button Link empty to skip the CTA button.
- Use the Preview Pop-up button to see how it looks without saving.
🔔 Web Push Notifications
When you save a live announcement, push notifications are sent automatically to all subscribers.
How it works: Save an enabled announcement above → popup shows to on-site visitors AND a push notification is sent to all subscribers. Push notifications reach users even when they've closed your website.
Pricing Review
Prices imported from the website wait here until an admin approves them. Only approved prices are shown to customers or used by the WhatsApp assistant.
What the AI knows
Short facts the WhatsApp assistant may use, such as delivery times, travel and what to wear. It uses only live facts. When a team member answers a chat and hands it back to the AI, the AI suggests facts here for an admin to approve. Prices never go here: they come only from the Prices tab.

Agreement terms
Event bookings (weddings, funerals, corporate, concerts, parties, streaming, outdoor shoots) get a PDF service agreement on WhatsApp with the payment details. The customer taps "I agree", and the booking can only be confirmed after that. Studio, portrait and passport shoots do not need one; change which items need one in the Prices tab.

Re-seeds all packages from the hardcoded defaults. Your gallery images are never affected.
🔄 Restore Gallery from Storage
Use this if your gallery images disappeared from the database. It scans your Supabase Storage bucket and re-links any images that are missing from the gallery table — without deleting anything.
📅 Manage Event Types
Add, edit or delete dynamic event categories showing on your main website. When you add a new event type, it will show up under the Events tab on the main page and in the "Tone" selector when adding packages.
